JobConseil - Career transition consulting, Coaching, Orientation

What are your specialist areas?

JobConseil specialises in consulting to professionals undergoing career transitions, as well as coaching and career guidance.

I work as a consultant, coach and trainer to executives, managers, and other employees in all stages of their working lives:
• Career transition (skills assessment, job-search toolbox, social networking, personal branding, and direction setting)
• Career progression (taking on new responsibilities, leadership)
• Relocation abroad
• Business start-ups and company formation
• Preparing for an active retirement.

I work with both individuals and groups.

My personal experience is that the combination of one-to-one working and the dynamics of a group setting is the best way to ensure rapid progress.

What differentiates JobConseil?

First and foremost, an in-depth knowledge of international corporate life (multinationals, start-ups, etc.) across a range of sectors: telecoms, internet services, energy, software editing, luxury goods, retail, property, relocation, consulting.

I provide consulting services enhanced by multi-sectoral business intelligence.

What makes me different is that I don't fix the number of sessions in advance. My clients usually want to continue the relationship after each session because they find that I provide the practical answers they are seeking.

In addition, and this is a crucial difference, I work on helping people make meaningful choices and achieving the contributions they want to make to society through their work.

It's an innovative approach: it capitalises fully on people's past achievements, using them as the raw material to build a future that is meaningful to them.

What are your methods and tools?

I'm an NLP practitioner who is also trained in coaching, skills assessment, Nonviolent Communication, mindfulness techniques (being fully present in the moment) and stress management.

I also use techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Cardiac Coherence, and I practise Kinomichi - a Japanese martial art focused on movement.

My work is based on these “soft skills” and a solid knowledge of the corporate world, which allow me to support each individual with an open mind, and a pragmatic, caring attitude.
